Co-founder Bronson Van Wyck began his career as a protocol aide to Ambassador Pamela Harriman in Paris, where he was responsible for nightly diplomatic receptions at the American Embassy. Bronson moved to Los Angeles and worked in the set department at Paramount. In 1999, Bronson founded Van Wyck & Van Wyck with his mother Mary Lynn. Since then, Bronson has planned events around the world, from weddings to fashion shows, a presidential inauguration, the Democratic National Convention, and the openings of New York’s High Line and Hearst Tower, and most recently, the St. Regis Bal Harbor. Bronson has designed opening night galas for the San Francisco Opera and has produced exhibitions at the Whitney Museum of American Art and the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum. He has worked with Sean Combs, Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, and Hugh Jackman; for the Ford, Rockefeller and Mellon families; and for the last three Presidents of the United States. Passionate about giving back, Bronson is a founding member and trustee of the Friends of the High Line and also serves on the boards of the East Harlem School at Exodus House and Alpha Workshops.
