Hold the closing credits! There’s one more Oscar-related award to hand out, and that’s our Sally Award for the best party look of the night. We queried the members of our “Academy”—our Instagram followers—and the votes are in: the winner of the Sally Award for the best party look at the 2018 Oscars is…Margot Robbie.

Robbie, nominated for her role as Tonya Harding in I, Tonya, looked every bit the glamorous movie star in a stunning soft-white Chanel Haute Couture gown that took designer Karl Lagerfeld nearly 700 hours—and 14 people—to create. Made of silk georgette, the sleek and sophisticated column gown featured a bodice accented with a series of “garlands”, hand-embroidered in elegant white and gold crystals and beads.

Robbie completed the look with Roger Vivier shoes, this resin minaudière from Chanel, and understated Chanel jewels, including these star-shaped diamond earrings that helped keep the focus on the extraordinary gown and the star herself.

Looking to recreate Robbie’s show-stopping Oscar look this spring party season? Here are our picks for elegant off-white gowns, star-shaped earrings, and acrylic bags:
