Soiree Catering and Events was founded in 2004 by Chef Mary Hataway, who has been called one of America’s top female chefs by a variety of top media outlets, including Vogue, Bon Appetit, Gourmet, and Wine Spectator. The former owner of the popular Atlanta restaurant The River (now Canoe), Mary has catered events for luminaries, including Julia Child and Akihito, the reigning Emperor of Japan.
