This week’s Sally Award for best party look goes to fashion designer and film director, Tom Ford, at this year’s Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards on June 2nd in New York. There to accept the Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement award, Ford looked every inch the fashion icon in a classic tuxedo of his own design.
Known for his glamorous collections for Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent and his own label, Ford proved last Monday night that there is simply nothing more chic and elegant than a classic, black tuxedo that is impeccably tailored. Dashing, isn’t he, doll?
Sugar, I don’t know about you, but this look has us fancying some tuxedo party dressing of our own for fall. To get the look, check out this crepe jacket with notch lapels in satin, white poplin blouse and flare-leg pants from Alexander McQueen.
